I had a great weekend stay, enjoying delicious breakfasts with a variety of wheat-free options and exceptional service from the waitress.

The situation was very good, and our room was very nice

Negotiating the hotel car park is a bit of a nightmare...the lanes are extremely narrow and the bends very sharp and uphill.

Fairly clean hotel, services were efficient and location was good and magnificent close to bars and restaurants. Everything was really good, the room was spotless with a fridge, a lovely tub, for instance.

An inviting and spacious room was assigned to us, complete with a fridge, a nice bathtub, and air conditioning. 🛁

The place is in a perfect and peaceful location, just a 5-minute walk away from the bustling Calle Laurel Tapas Street, and it has a delightful pool and convenient on-site parking.

Performance and Hospitality was quite OK

The hotel's location was excellent for shopping, sightseeing, and finding restaurants that the hotel doesn't offer. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities provided were satisfactory. The rooms were spacious, quiet, and the air conditioning worked well, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The pool was lovely, the location is quiet, near a pedestrian street with shops and many tapas bars, a beautiful cathedral, and the Rioja museum.

Very good location close to Calle del Laurel, the "tapas street". Nice, basic, clean room, good value for money.

The location of this hotel is excellent, as it is situated in the center of a vibrant city. It is just a short walk away from a popular street, where you can find an abundance of restaurants and tapas bars. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, providing a comfortable stay for guests. The bed is large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The staff at this hotel are extremely helpful and friendly. They provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcome and attended to our needs promptly. The hotel offers parking facilities, which is a great convenience for guests. It is always a bonus when you can park your car securely at the hotel premises.

The only aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the cleanliness. Although the room and general facilities were good, there were small details like dusty floors that suggested a lack of thorough cleaning.

Very basic hotel, quiet, nice-sized telly, a couple of minutes´ walk from main sights and bars. Shops and cafés around the hotel. We arrived early evening and for one euro thirty parked the car opposite the hotel in the pay and display parking till the following morning.

The extra bed was very uncomfortable. The double room was too small for three beds. The shower was in a bathtub that was too high and hard to get in an out of if you haven´t got young legs. The room and bathroom could have been a bit cleaner.
